Family Law

Our office has gained a wealth of judicial and advisory experience in handling our clients' cases.

Family law encompasses all legal rules governing family relationships, specifically those that develop within the family environment. It regulates, on the one hand, literal family relationships, including engagement, marriage, marital relations, property claims, parent-child relationships, issues of consanguinity, family members' financial support, and adoption. On the other hand, it also addresses other relationships that may not necessarily exist among family members, such as child custody arrangements, guardianship, and the judicial handling of foreign affairs.

We specialize in both consensual and adversarial divorces, providing temporary and final legal protection in matters of alimony, child custody, and marital property during marriage. We also handle adoption cases and have dealt with numerous requests for the appointment of legal representatives in support or deprivation proceedings.

In many cases, recognizing the need for a consensual resolution of differences between spouses, we have sought and achieved extrajudicial settlements for the benefit of our clients, especially when such a solution was dictated by the well-being of their children. In exceptional cases of communication obstruction or problematic exercise of child custody, we have sought the intervention of the Prosecutor for Minors, whose decisive involvement has yielded favorable results.
